We adopt an easy 7-day returns policy as long as the product(s) are unused and returned with all the original packaging, labels and tags intact and unspoiled. 

The product(s) will be shipped with the utmost care via a reliable courier service. The product(s) will arrive within 7 days of the order being placed. We are a small, passionate business, so please bear with us if there is any delay in delivery. We will do everything in our power to prevent such delays from occurring.

1. Do not trim the wick when lighting it the first time. As we do that for you.
2. Trim the wick to 1/4 to 1/2 inch every subsequent time you are lighting the candle
3. First, burn matters, Let the candle liquefy or melt from edge to edge of the container when the light first time.
4. Every time burn the candle for a minimum of 2 hr and a maximum of 4 hr only.
5. Keep the flame away from moving air.
